Detecting the true value of trading cards

As a collector of trading cards myself, I found it incredibly frustrating that professional grading can sometimes be left up to the decision of the grader and can vary between graders at the same company. The other issue is that a whopping 62% of all graded cards are worth less than the raw value. With this in mind I sought after a solution to take the biased variation of human decision out of the equation and give the maximum amount of transparency. Card.ai is a machine learning computer vision application that will inspect the front and back surfaces and edges and outputs what you could expect to get if you were to get it professionally graded. This way no one is left guessing as to why your card received the grade it got.
